San Mateo Heritage Alliance, in conjunction with Edna Luther & Associates, a national marketing and research consulting firm, and assisted by local realtor Chris Eckert, conducted a survey of the residents in the Glazenwood Historic District to find out how they felt about owning a home in a designated historic district in San Mateo.  Overall, residents were very proud of the historic status and happy they lived in a historic neighborhood.  The Glazenwood Historic District was established by the City of San Mateo in 1993 and the survey was completed in June 2024.  To read the complete survey results, click on the PDF icon below.
